Once I had the cables in the Power Box, I needed to figure out how to fuse this whole thing. There's no room for the store-bought fuse case in the box, so I had to make my own custom fuse case.

Already finished tidy cables. Black and red are the 83VDC power supply, white is the 3x2.5mm cable for the socket in the suitcase.

Re: Using the space under the seat - Idea 2
My idea was that one socket would be directly on the DC/AC converter under the driver's seat and the other in the trunk area where I already have a 12V/20A socket. I bought 2 sockets with a cover and I also replaced the universal socket that was original on the converter with our EU socket ...

Using the space under the seat - Idea 2
Since I use my little ZhiDou as a work car because I make a living as an electrician, I often work on houses where either the electricity is not yet installed or in case of a breakdown I have to shut down the electricity, I immediately thought of using an inverter and taking 230V electricity ...

Re: Using the space under the seat - Idea 1
Finally, it was enough to connect +12V to the battery (DO NOT FORGET about a fuse box with at least a 20A fuse to maintain selectivity, since there is a 15A fuse on the subwoofer), I already had my own cable stretched, from the connector to the 12V battery via a 20A fuse to the 12V socket that I ...

Using the space under the seat - Idea 1
ZhiDou D1 has relatively enough space in the trunk, but I still thought for a long time how to maximize the usable space in the car. After I replaced the radio with a new Android, I found that listening to my favorite music does not give me joy through the speakers in the doors, which ..... have a ...

Could you please advise what this type of connector is called? Its exact name/type? Or the exact male connector that fits into it? I spent hours and even days looking for it, but the closest I could find was a panel connector like the one in the photo, but it ...

Broken hood lock? - no problem
When I bought the car, one of the hood locks was broken.

So I created a 3D component based on the undamaged one on the driver's side to print on a 3D printer. The material I used is PET-G. It is stable, the lock has been working for a year without any problems.
