Gear Oil replacement interval for ZhiDou D1/D2/D2s
• First replacement: After 3,000 km
• Second replacement: on 12,000 km driven
• Subsequent replacements: Every 10,000 km or once per year (whichever comes first)
Gear Oil Filling
The filling amount is about 500 ml.
Instructions:
1. Loosen the oil releasing bolt D to release the waste oil.
2. Clean the magnet on bolt D, then reinstall and securely tighten the oil releasing bolt D.
3. Use the oil filling bolt hole C as the benchmark.
4. Add gear oil until it slightly overflows from the oil filling bolt hole C.

The brake fluid should be replaced every 2 years or after 50,000 km of driving, whichever comes first.
If the vehicle is used heavily (for example, as a delivery vehicle),
the brake fluid should be replaced every year or after 25,000 km.
Brake Fluid Type: DOT4
Warning: Using old or degraded brake fluid may reduce braking performance and compromise driving safety.
Always ensure the brake fluid is replaced at the recommended interval.
