It seems there is also an FCAR diagnostic tool that claims support for the ZhiDou D2.
According to FCAR's published function list, the tool supports a range of diagnostic functions for the ZhiDou D2, including reading and clearing fault codes, viewing live data, and various control-module diagnostics.

I have not personally tested it, so I cannot confirm the actual level of support or compatibility with all ZhiDou variants, but the published documentation indicates that the D2 is supported.
