I have issue lately that my car is not going more then 20-30km/h even when fully charged.
Do you know what could be issue or what to check?
I have D1 sharing model (yellow ex-sharengo version)
It could be more things, but most common is that cell voltage difference is too high or that some cell is damaged in traction battery. If difference is high you could try to balance battery but if some cell is damaged it will not work for long. You need diagnostic software to display cell voltages or you could manually measure voltages on balancing connector that is located directly on battery pack under the car.
Hope that helps.
Yes, I’ve found out that one cell had too low voltage — it got discharged because I left the car parked for too long. I fixed it by charging that single cell through the “diagnostic connector” on the battery pack, without disassembling the whole pack. I used a lab power supply to charge the cell via the 26-pin connector that connects to all cells.
Also, make sure to always disconnect the 12V battery when you’re not using the car, for longer time otherwise battery damage could occur.
