trying to analyze problem on an ELARIS PIO

Hi, in Germany the ZhiDou D2S was sold under the brandname ELARIS PIO

There's no support anywhere to find, there's no experiances at all, etc.

We got one of those in the workshop, wich is unable to start. HV-battery and 12V battery are ok, I get sort of an error-message in form of a red car with attentionmark in the driver's display, upper left side.

Any ideas ? How can I download those service-manuals ?

Hi and thanks for quick reply.
The vehicle I have here is actually an "Elaris" branded ZhiDou.

Be asured, the 12V battery is ok. We have no software for this vehicle, ergo no access (yet) to the BMS etc.
My first intuition was a faulty 12V battery, but that one is ok.
What we see on the display is what you see on the attached pic.

are you sure HV battery is OK as the dash is showing 0v.

If HW battery is in good condition then it could be some communication problem or VMS module.
