Probably there is no normal way to change it. Instrument cluster can hold only two languages. Maybe it could be reprogrammed or replaced with other version.

On ZhiDou D1 model you can enter settings by holding simultaneously two buttons (number 2 on picture, one is on left and one right).

The EV-05 software is unfortunately quite hard to source publicly. It was never really distributed freely, and nowadays it’s typically only available from specialized suppliers or second-hand, usually in the range of about 500–1000 EUR.

On top of that, you also need a specific CAN ...

If HW battery is in good condition then it could be some communication problem or VMS module.
