It could be hidden under the floor carpet near beginning of center console between seats - it is small connector.
Maybe I could find where in VMS this cable is attached so you could try to disconnect it from VMS itself.

In center console between seats there is unconnected connector for this emergency switch, check if it is not flooded od any dirt in it causing pins to short. It should be right under cup holder just on the floor of the car chassis.
If connector and cable is intact it could be also VMS ...

I haven’t worked with the ABS module yet, so I can’t confirm it from experience.
According to FCAR, the F8S diagnostic tool claims support for ZhiDou D2 vehicles. There’s a feature list here:

Normally, diagnostics for these cars are done with EV-05 software.
Motor controller and BMS data can be read directly via a CAN bus reader; the workshop manual lists the CAN addresses for interpretation.
