Is there a separate OBD program that can diagnose vehicles?
And is there a place where I can get 3IN1 (OBC/LDC/MCU) products?

Yes, there is an all-in-one diagnostic solution available for the ZhiDou D1, D2, and D2S models. It includes diagnostics for the OBC, LDC, and MCU in a single tablet-based system.

It seems there is also an
FCAR diagnostic tool that claims support for the ZhiDou D2.
According to FCAR's published function list, the tool supports a range of diagnostic functions for the ZhiDou D2, including reading and clearing fault codes, viewing live data, and various control-module diagnostics.

I have not personally tested it, so I cannot confirm the actual level of support or compatibility with all ZhiDou variants, but the published documentation indicates that the D2 is supported.
